Meetings mean business at Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa. Our dedicated conference planning team will ensure whether you are here for a small retreat or mid-size conference up to 400 people your conference needs will be met and exceeded. Our meeting space is located centrally in the main building of the resort and Mesquite Ballroom is located adjacent to the main building creating a well-designed flow for your conference attendees. Most of our space offers natural light and some offer terraces overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Miramonte Indian Wells Resort and Spa offers 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Our Mesquite ballroom offers 6,000 sq. ft. of flexible space with an event lawn space and terrace with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and our lush landscaping. It's a great setting for General session and wide variety food and beverage functions. Our additional 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space lends itself to groups ranging in size from 10-150 people with natural light and patios overlooking the our beautifully landscaped grounds.
